Use of Affiliate Links & Banners

  • Anchors Bath & Body LLC use affiliate links and banners on our website to offset the cost of supplies and equipment. There is a small monetary incentive if our customers purchase items from these companies.  Anchors Bath & Body LLC does not directly represent any advertisement or claims that these companies offer and we are not held liable for any disputes or grievances.  If there is an dispute or concern of said company, please contact the company directly.

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our handmade organic/natural products, we cannot resell a product if returned, and therefore prevents us from accepting any returns.
  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipping on orders that have already shipped. This includes orders that have already been sent, returned, refused or sent back.
  • We will however, issue an refund for an order that has been lost or damaged during shipping.  Please call our office at (662)260-1932  or to handle the case specifically.
    • Damaged Orders: Take adequate photos of the damage and attach them in an e-mail.
    • Lost Orders: Wait 5 to 7 days past the expected delivery date to ensure that your order is not lost in the mail.
  • Note: please have your order and tracking numbers available when contacting us so that we may better assist you.

Order Changes/Cancellations Policy

At Anchors Bath & Body LLC it is our goal to have your order processed and ready for shipment within 24 hours of receiving it. Because we process orders so quickly, please note the following:

  • Changes: To make a change to an order, you must contact us by email within one hour of your order placement.
  • Cancellations: All orders cancelled after packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To best avoid this fee, contact us as soon as you know that you would like to cancel your order.

Customs, Duties & Fees Policy

Anchors Bath & Body LLC is not responsible for duties, taxes, custom fees, or the like, on orders. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be refunded because the buyer does not want to pay any of the aforementioned.

Shipping Policy

All standard orders are shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 days after they are received. Custom and larger orders are shipped within 1 to 5 days after they are received. Please let us know by email if you would like any additional features included with your shipment, as well as any other important shipping instructions.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more! Once your shopping cart reaches $50 in products, a free shipping option will become available under the “Shipping and Handling” box.

Shipping Methods

  • If you order 1 to 2 items depending on the weight, they will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail with tracking.
  • If you order 3 or more items depending on the weight, they will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
  • You will receive a tracking number for all orders shipped, please keep a copy of your order for future reference.

Approximate Delivery Times

  • First-Class Mail: 3 days average, can take up to 7.
  • Priority Mail: 1 to 3 days.

**Please make sure to check your shipping address for accuracy. If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Anchors Bath & Body LLC reserve the right to make changes to any of the above policies and procedures listed above.  We also reserve the right to make changes to prices, soap ingredients, soap colors, and description of all products listed on this website without prior notification. Make sure you read all ingredients and wording on each product before ordering, refunds will not be issued on any products because of product color difference or ingredient changes.
